Predicting The First 15 Underclassmen To Be Drafted In 2020

Today marks the final day for 2020 NFL Draft eligible underclassmen to declare their intent for the upcoming spring. There have been a handful of shocking decisions, including the announced return of top interior offensive line prospect Creed Humphrey or the reversal of Texas A&M running back Kylin Hill — who will return to school in 2020. Yet for the most part, the top talents eligible for this year's 2020 NFL Draft have decided to announce their intent to enter the draft.

But who will be the cream of the crop? Which underclassmen projects will be the first to hear their names called in 2020 when the draft rolls around?

That's what we're here to predict. Here is my declaration deadline prediction for the first 15 underclassmen to get drafted in April in Las Vegas.
