With the months of the calendar slowly slipping away in 2021, we're faced with the inevitable: the college football all-star circuit is nearly upon us. The all-star events are generally considered to be the kick-off to the NFL's draft cycle; even though we all know that the process to scout prospects for the NFL draft begins long before January and that it is *ALWAYS* draft season here at TDN.

This year's draft cycle is going to look a little different because the East/West Shrine Bowl has made a major change. New leadership, a new city, a new timezone, new partnerships, and the impact of the Shrine calling Las Vegas home and working alongside events like the NFL's Pro Bowl is going to certainly offer prospects ample opportunities to make impressions on the next level.

But who is going to be in attendance? We've already seen a number of acceptances from prospects across the country—the player announcements have begun trickling out over the course of the past week or so. Yet there are ample spots to be filled. So, if I were sending invitations, this is what my list of invites would look like to pair with the already accepted talents across the country.
