The first update to our initial TDN100, which includes at least six new games from nearly every prospect to consider, saw 23 new players on the board. That also means 23 players fell off and that is what we are focusing on today.
While Spencer Rattler stands out the most after coming in at No. 6 overall in the preseason, the next highest-rated prospect to fall off the board was at No. 63 overall. While we gave zero consideration to preserving any preseason takes that our scouting staff had while updating the board, I do take pride in how good of a job our group did during summer scouting to identify so much of the premiere talent in the rising draft class.
With that in mind, there is plenty of new information still to come regarding these prospects in a process that remains fluid. Let’s examine the five highest-rated prospects from our initial TDN100 board that no longer remain.
