The New York Giants have won three of their last five games to bring their season back from the brink, but seeing a playoff run in New York feels a little too rosy as the Giants look to find their footing. New York has been in the hands of general manager Dave Gettleman for several seasons and this was supposed to be the year in which his vision was realized—the team spent big on wide receiver Kenny Golladay in free agency, drafted weapons for Gettleman's choice of quarterback in Daniel Jones, and his hand-selected head coach, Joe Judge, entered Year 2 in 2021.

But if this is the vision for the Giants, this team is in trouble. The good news? One home-run draft can sometimes pull you back from the brink. And as the calendar turns to December, I'm taking a look at one possible iteration of a draft class that could help fill in the blanks for New York—whether Gettleman is a piece of the puzzle or not.
