The New Orleans Saints' Super Bowl aspirations took a major blow with the season-ending injury to quarterback Jameis Winston. Since the injury, the Saints' season has been on a downward spiral and New Orleans has lost the last five games, bringing their record to 5-7. The Saints have a talented roster, but if this season did anything, it exposed the fact that certain position groups—such as wide receiver and edge rusher—need instant improvements. The positive thing for the Saints is that this draft is heavily populated with those positions.
